are 3 major components:
Move In Certification (Pre-Listing Inspection):Having your home
inspected prior to listing allows you an opportunity to receive estimates or make any repairs which may be identified during the buyer’s inspection. This
reduces the potential for last minute issues to arise before closing. (value: $400-$500)
Healthy Home Certification:Envirospect
NW offers a valuable service to Real Estate Agents and their clients by performing an Indoor Environmental Assessment and applying BioShield75. The assessment consists
of identifying “Red Flag” areas which indicate the potential for microbial growth (Mold, Mildew, Algae, Yeast and Bacteria). If a “Red
Flag” area is identified further inspection and testing is recommended. Once the assessment has been
successfully completed BioShield75 is applied via a cold fog. This product is an antimicrobial which prevents
the growth of mold and mildew and destroys the ability for bacteria to exist on surfaces. (value: $400)
Neighborhood Environmental Report:Now that we have identified any potential
issues within the home, let’s check to see if there are any environmental hazards outside of the home. This
report provides peace of mind to home buyers. Interested home buyers will take notice that your home has
been checked for potential risks and having this information available to them could provide an edge over other properties
they are considering. (value $100)
