I worked with both Michael and Karen, and they were most helpful in all respects, including granting me their opinions on the severity of the problem and possible actions to take. They also furnished referrals for further segments of any treatment of the problem confirmed through their testing and lab analysis. The report detailing the results was promptly dispatched after the testing. Their recommendations for remediation were presented the same evening, and turned out to be quite specific, and spot-on. After their recommendations were followed, we were able to obtain clearance quite rapidly. Test sample turnaround times were fast, just a few days. They helped us through a problem that seemed to be overwhelming, with a minimum of time, effort, and expense. They weren't the first agency we worked with on this project; we only wish we had started with Envirospect. We used their services because we discovered a significant mold infestation in our attic. They identified the root cause of the mold and clearly articulated the remediation needed. Having never dealt with mold before, the remediation experience was like walking into a foreign land. I was so thankful for Envirospect because whenever I got lost, I was able to call them up. They were happy to offer objective information to help me in my decision making process (For example: Does it matter if the remediation is fogging or manual scrubbing?) They went way beyond normal customer service. You won't be sorry if you hire them.
