EnviroSpect Northwest is owned and operated by Husband / Wife team, Michael and Karen Crowe.  Our business is based out of Maple Valley, WA but provides services across Western and Central Washington.  Indoor Environmental Services and Home Inspections are the two main segments of our business.  We focus on what we can do to improve the Indoor Environment and Air Quality of people at every opportunity.  It is important to us that we stay on top of the newest technology in building science.  We attend many seminars and training courses to keep informed.

Affiliations 

We are active members of the Maple Valley/Black Diamond Chamber of Commerce, Karen is the Past President of the Greater Maple Valley/Black Diamond Chamber of Commerce and Michael is an Ambassador for the chamber. Being involved in the community is especially important to us.  Much of our free time is spent raising awareness about breast cancer through participation in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure; organizing events to collect food for the Maple Valley Food Bank and supporting our local youth sports teams. 

Certifications and Insurance

We have undergone extensive hands-on training and are both certified and fully insured for residential and commercial inspections.  Insurance includes both Professional Liability or E&O and coverage specific to our indoor environmental services.
